SCI2025 will feature an engaging workshop designed to deepen participants’ knowledge in high-performance computing and related domains. These workshops provide a platform for focused exploration of cutting-edge research topics, innovative technical approaches, and pressing community-driven issues. It will serve as a dynamic forum for developing expertise, fostering collaboration, and building professional networks.

Call for Workshop Proposals

SCI2025 welcomes the submission of workshop proposals

Workshop topics may encompass, but are not limited to, research areas and sessions on scientific computing tools and platforms:

  • Exascale computing: architectures, software, and scalable applications
  • HPC and AI convergence: training, inference, and integration at scale
  • Quantum computing: algorithms, simulators, and HPC-quantum hybrid models
  • Sustainable HPC: energy-efficient architectures and green data centers
  • Cloud and distributed HPC: orchestration, workload migration, hybrid platforms
  • Programming environments and productivity tools
  • Performance optimization and benchmarking
  • Algorithms for scientific computing and data-intensive tasks
  • HPC applications in climate science, life sciences, engineering, and more
  • Emerging architectures: neuromorphic, heterogeneous, and accelerator-based systems

  1. Title of the workshop
  2. Objectives, scope, description, and relevance to the main conference
  3. Short bio of the organizers
  4. Workshop structure
    • Duration: half-day (3 hours) or full-day (6 hours)
  5. Outline of contents
  6. Past experience (if applicable)

Workshop Facility

SCI2025 will provide one room for each accepted workshop
Half day

10:00 AM to 01:00 PM

OR

02:00 PM to 05:00 PM

Full day

10:00 AM to 01:00 PM

And

02:00 PM to 05:00 PM

A projector and screen will be provided in each workshop room.

All presenters, including those in workshops, are required to attend and present in person.


Organizer Responsibility

Attend and operate the workshop in person.

Create a workshop page that displays the location, time, and program.


Review of Submission

All workshop proposals are peer-reviewed and selected by the SCI2025 Organizing Committee to ensure relevance, quality, and diversity of content.
