International delegates attending Supercomputing India 2025 (SCI 2025) in Bengaluru, India, must obtain a valid Indian visa prior to travel. Participants are strongly advised to initiate the visa process at the earliest opportunity.
To facilitate this process, the SCI 2025 Secretariat will issue an official invitation letter to registered participants upon request.
Registered delegates requiring an invitation letter for their visa application may follow the process outlined below:
Complete your registration for SCI 2025 via the official event portal.
Full name (as per passport).
Nationality.
Passport number and date of expiry.
Scanned copy of your registration proof or payment confirmation
Email all the above documents to: sci-visa@cdac.in
Upon verification, you will receive an official invitation letter (PDF) issued by issued by SCI-secretariat.
Submit the invitation letter to your nearest Indian Embassy or Consulate while applying for a Conference Visa or Business Visa.
