Supercomputing India Conference Secretariat ("us", "we", "SCI", or "our") operates https://supercomputingindia.org.

The user data collected is through voluntary submission by the user. This data may be transmitted within the organization to individuals or departments to ensure usage in a manner restricted to the purpose for which the data has been submitted by the user. By submitting data on the website, the user is providing explicit consent to the above, towards the fulfilment of his/her explicit request.

We do not sell our data to third parties. However, if you choose to voluntarily participate in any survey, we reserve the right to publish results or comments derived from this survey. We use your Personal Information to provide and improve your Site experience. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Changes to Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 30th September 2025 and will remain in effect until further notice. We may update or change this Privacy Policy at any time, with changes becoming effective immediately upon posting.

By continuing to use the site after changes are posted, you acknowledge and accept the modifications.

The Secretariat reserves the right to modify or amend these policies at any time.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT PROCESS FLOW

  • Visit https://supercomputingindia.org and fill the registration form.
  • After completing the form, click "Pay Now" to connect with the Payment Gateway and complete payment.
  • Registration will be confirmed only once payment is credited to our bank account.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DELEGATE REGISTRATION

  • As seats are limited, confirmation of delegates will be strictly on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  • The conference program is subject to changes at the discretion of the organizers.
  • No credit facility will be extended, and NO REFUND/ADJUSTMENT will be provided for "no-show" or absence of delegates.
  • A Delegate Confirmation Letter will be issued only upon receipt and clearance of full payment including applicable taxes.
  • Delegate badges/logins are non-transferable.
  • Registrations will be online. Participants must ensure stable internet connectivity (minimum 5 MBPS).
  • Sharing, selling, or transferring access links/logins is strictly prohibited.
  • Participants are not allowed to record, stream, or broadcast event content without prior written consent.
  • The organizers reserve the right to deny or remove participation if a delegate’s behavior disrupts the event or violates policies. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
  • Any unlawful activity will be reported to law enforcement, and offenders will be barred from current and future participation.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR DELEGATE REGISTRATION

Refunds against cancellations will be provided as per the below conditions:
  • All refunds are calculated based on the full registration fee paid.
  • Requests received on or before October 30, 2025: 75% refund.
  • Requests received between October 31 and November 15, 2025 (inclusive): 50% refund.
  • Requests received on or after November 16, 2025: No refund will be provided.
  • Delegate transfer/substitution requests will be considered only if received on or before November 25, 2025.
  • Requests received after this date cannot be accommodated.
  • All cancellation, refund, and substitution requests must be emailed to sci@cdac.in.
  • No refund will be made if a registered delegate fails to attend the event (a 'no-show') for any reason.

EXHIBITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  • Exhibition stalls will be allotted strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Allotment will be confirmed only upon receiving 50% advance payment by NEFT/RTGS along with the application form.
  • Balance payment must be made in full by 19th October 2025.Failure to do so will result in cancellation and forfeiture of advance.
  • Payments should be made in favour of “MM Activ Sci-Tech Communications Pvt. Ltd.”
  • SCI reserves the right to revise floor plans and stall locations.
  • SCI will provide general security, but shall not be liable for any loss or damage to exhibitor property. Exhibitors are responsible for adequately insuring their property.
  • Cancellation or reduction of stall space will lead to forfeiture of advance paid.
  • Exhibitors must comply with deadlines for stall setup and dismantling.
  • The use of any hazardous, inflammable, or restricted materials is strictly prohibited.
  • Marketing and demonstrations must be confined within stall space; aisle space must remain clear.
  • Exhibitors must continuously staff their stalls throughout the official exhibition hours.
  • Organizers will not provide stabilized power supply.
  • Organizers reserve the right to cancel/change booth numbers or locations.
  • Any material breach of these contract terms will result in immediate termination of participation without any refund.
  • SCI will not be liable for delays or failure in performance due to force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.).
  • Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Karnataka courts, India.

CHANGE IN POLICIES / DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We may modify these Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Refund Policies at any time, with or without notice. Any such modification will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

In case of dispute, the decision of the Supercomputing India Conference Secretariat shall be final and binding.
